How long will it take for my package to arrive?
The order usually takes 3-7 working days.

What is the scope of delivery currently accepted?
Unfortunately, we currently only accept delivery to the United States and cannot deliver to other places.

Can I track my order?
Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have not received the confirmation email containing the tracking number, please contact our customer service so that we can assist you.

How to update my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service. Since we will process our order as soon as possible so that it can be delivered to you in the shortest possible time, please contact us as soon as possible after you place the order and we will try our best to help you.

How do I return an item?
